What is the URECA Youth Leadership Challenge and why would I want to attend?  

This annual, week-long leadership camp will be held Monday - Friday, July 6-10, 2026 on the Snow College campus in Ephraim, Utah.

This camp is full of activities that help develop leadership skills, build self-esteem, and make new lifelong friends.  Take a look at some of the events from previous years!

 SESD has always been passionate about helping create leaders for the future and this year we want to sponsor YOUR high school junior to go to this amazing leadership program.

WHO CAN APPLY?

To be considered for the URECA Michael F. Peterson Youth Leadership Challenge, your family must be a current customer of SESD and you must be a high school JUNIOR 2025-2026, starting your senior year in the fall of 2026.

In order for your 2026 online application to be complete, the following items will be required:

If selected, you may be asked to participate in a video-recorded interview and to provide a high-resolution photo for promotional materials.
